We are an entrepreneurial investment platform focused on unlocking capital to meet the demands for critical health infrastructure

Our Philosophy

Investment Thematics

We focus on essential assets with high barriers to entry, backed by structural demand driven by a growing and aging population. Our investments target assets that alleviate pressure on public hospitals, support medical innovation, and advance decarbonisation across the healthcare system

Value Driven Investment

We are value-oriented, being launched at a time of asset re-pricing and dislocation in the public and private markets – whereby a number of essential assets trade at close or below replacement cost.

Strategic Partnerships & Advisory

Our clients—including leading UK and overseas listed businesses, private equity, and infrastructure —seek our expertise to create value within their portfolios or to diversify into alternative and real assets.

Sustainable Returns with Impact

We believe that financial performance can be delivered alongside positive community impact – providing capital to meet the rising demographic demands being placed on an inadequate supply of critical healthcare infrastructure.

Investing into spaces that prioritise prevention, early intervention, and help ease pressure on the UK’s critical social infrastructure

Our mission is to deliver long-term value while investing to underpin the vital infrastructure that supports a healthy, thriving society.

Willington AM at the junction of real estate and infrastructure

Willington AM was launched by Patrick Lowther to address a growing need among institutional and private investors for an independent partner— to drive existing asset value while providing investment advice beyond the traditional sectors.

Regulatory shifts have led many institutional investors to seek alternatives, as public market exposure (via REITs) becomes less accessible or as investors favor direct control while benefiting from an experienced partner’s expertise.

Real Assets, sitting at the intersection of real estate and infrastructure, offer an attractive mix of long-duration, inflation-protected cashflows. These investments are backed by strong, long-term drivers, from an aging population.

Services include – Origination, DD support, structuring (equity & debt), rental (EBITDAR analysis), with on-going asset management and performance analysis.

The scale of the problem just in the UK.......

The sector requires fresh capital (both public and private) if we are to help solve the growing challenges.

  • Waiting lists
    Backlog – c.7million patients.
  • 11,000 Bed shortfall Aging populations create pressure on hospital infrastructure.
  • Health conditions

  • Failing real estate
